Returns Policy

The policy remains effective for a duration of 30 calendar days from the delivery date. If, for any reason listed below, you are unsatisfied upon receiving your order, you can return the product for a refund. Unfortunately, if the 30-day period has elapsed since the purchase, we cannot offer a refund.


Refund requirements

To qualify for a refund, the following criteria must be met:

  • Product is defective (damaged poster)
  • Product is not as described

To ensure adherence to these criteria, all returns will undergo inspection. If the product fails to meet the specified criteria, we reserve the right not to issue a refund.


Proof of purchase

To process your refund, we require a receipt, purchase order, or other proof of purchase. Please note that without the mentioned proof of purchase, we cannot issue a refund.


Shipping items

Before returning an order, you must contact us first. We will confirm the address for which the returns should be sent to upon contacting us.

You are responsible for covering the shipping costs for the items you wish to return. Upon receiving the items, we will refund the shipping costs.

Please ensure proper packaging to prevent damage during transit. If the product is discovered damaged or used beyond what is necessary for reasonable inspection, we reserve the right to reject a refund.
